For the past 25 years, both winter and summer, Victor Hamel has been travelling the North Shore Region both by sea and over land. Whether by boat, scuba diving, by all terrain vehicle (ATV or Quad), on off-trail hikes or on snow-mobile trips, one can no longer count the natural habitats that this passionate man has explored.
It was after his 2001 Expedition on an inflatable boat between Goose-Bay, Labrador and Baie-Comeau, Quebec, that he undertook the realisation of his dream. He wanted people from all over the world to enjoy the unique experience of exploring nature’s marvels that are situated on the North Shore of Quebec.
It was at this time that he created Les Expéditions Pirsuq.
